How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from your registered account email to support@zubotrack.com.
  2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the account details: registered email, phone number, and app name (ZuboTrack or ZuboGo).
  4. Specify if you want full account deletion or only location-history deletion.

Identity verification: we may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing deletion.

Processing timeline

What data is deleted

After verification and request approval, we delete your account and associated personal data, including profile details and app-linked records, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, security, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.
