How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered account email to support@zubotrack.com.
- Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the account details: registered email, phone number, and app name (ZuboTrack or ZuboGo).
- Specify if you want full account deletion or only location-history deletion.
Identity verification: we may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing deletion.
Processing timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 3 business days.
- Deletion completion: within 30 days after successful verification, unless a shorter period is required by law.
What data is deleted
After verification and request approval, we delete your account and associated personal data, including profile details and app-linked records, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
- Account information: removed from active systems.
- Location history: deleted as requested.
- Connected app data: removed or anonymized where applicable.
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, security, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Communication records: may be retained for compliance purposes.
- Security and fraud logs: retained only as necessary for legitimate business and legal needs.
